Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping for a refund or exchange.  Returns must be accompanied with the packing slip and be in resalable condition.  Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds.  We can only credit your credit card on credit orders.  You will be refunded the amount of the returned item only.  Shipping charges are not refundable. On exchanges please note what you would like in place of returned item.  You will be charged the standard $5.95 for the shipping of the newly selected item.  Ship returns to the address below. Outdoor Statues are a special order item, a 20% restock fee will be charged for their return, unless due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage.

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped the same day when placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  If a product is on back order we will email you and let you know when we expect to get that item in.  We ship Fed Ex Ground or US Postal Service for most items.  Shipping charges are $5.95 on every order.  You can expect to receive your order in about 4 to 8 days with standard shipping.  Outdoor statues are shipped via UPS ground to all locations.  No APO or FPO orders will be accepted.  Outdoor statues to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via 2 day UPS Express and will be charged the actual cost. Express shipping charges are for items up to 2 pounds.  Many books, statues, Bibles and larger items will weight more than the 2 pounds.  Additional charges will apply for these items.  If you would like to know the exact charges for express shipping on these items please call our toll free number 1-888-821-4890. Shipping out of the Continental United State (to Hawaii and Alaska) will be charged the actual cost of shipping.  You will be notified by email of the actual shipping charge prior to shipping.  Many items to Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped by Priority Mail or  2 day Fed Ex Express.
